My husband purchased your "Apple Galette". It was the most delicious apple pie I have ever had! We have tried many bakeries and Pie places. Funny thing is we purchased it from a local market in Montrose, NY. I would never have even thought about it. Amazing pie. ...yours was the tops. So I just wanted to let you know.
